Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team based in Norwich. We are looking for a conscientious and ambitious individual with excellent leadership and time management skills.

Job Objective

To help ensure the smooth running of projects and sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure the retention and growth of new and existing customers through delivering added value to their customer experience.
  • Evaluate and react to customer service issues in line with company policy.
  • Carry out customer service inspections as required.
  • Carry out Tool Box Talks with fitters and installers, keep them updated and email to H&S.
  • Ensure all legal requirements are adhered to.
  • Be efficient in manual measuring for all flooring categories and window treatments.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Attend site to complete all RAMS.
  • Inspect subfloors to ensure the floor is within tolerance prior to installation.
  • Managing and monitoring projects.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients on their sites.
  • Noticing and attending to any special needs and service issues on projects.
  • Planning, pricing and scaling projects and general tenders.
  • Ensuring quotations are accurate, well-presented and planned as economically as possible.
  • Obtaining appropriate samples for projects in co-ordination with the Buying department and working with normal Designer Contracts suppliers wherever possible.
  • Measuring for flooring and blinds on site.
  • Must be able to carry out small remedial jobs.
  • Liaising between multiple teams, including those in the regional office and those on site.
