This role involves the management of a variety of teams and tasks to ensure the efficient and effective running of projects and sites. We are looking for a conscientious and ambitious individual with excellent leadership and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and monitoring projects.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients on their sites.
  • Noticing and attending to any special needs and service issues on projects.
  • Planning, pricing and scaling projects and general tenders.
  • Ensuring quotations are accurate, well-presented and planned as economically as possible.
  • Obtaining appropriate samples for projects in coordination with the Buying department and working with normal Designer Contracts suppliers wherever possible.
  • Measuring for flooring and blinds on site.
  • Carrying out small remedial jobs.
  • Liaising between multiple teams, including those in the regional office and those on site.
  • Exhibiting excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Managing time effectively.
  • Having previous experience within the flooring industry.
  • Demonstrating confidence and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Holding a full UK driving licence.
  • Being able to drive a transit-sized vehicle.
  • Passing a DBS check upon successful application.
  • Gaining a current CSCS card.
  • Willing to obtain a Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) qualification.
