The ideal candidate must be driven and have a genuine passion for providing a professional customer service experience. We are looking for an organised, confident and friendly individual who can be an inspirational manager. This role will include the day to day management of the team as well as handling all escalated enquiries.
Other key areas of responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and reacting to all customer service issues in line with the Company policy
- Ensuring effective communication across the business and our customers
- Monitoring and managing the performance of staff
- Ensuring that the team always give excellent service
- Ensuring that the team is fully compliant with Company procedures
- Coaching, developing, motivating and training staff
- Recruiting when required
- Demonstrating excellent leadership skills and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to prioritise, multi-task, and manage your time effectively
- Excellent organisational skills
- Articulate, friendly, computer-literate and an excellent communicator
- Strong team player
- Previous experience is advantageous but not essential
