Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team based in Norwich.

Job Objective

To provide a high level of fitting skills to support the Installation and Customer service teams. There is opportunity of earning a bonus of up £10,000 per annum when fitting at high volume and when weekends or bank holidays are worked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have a high standard of floor fitting skills in all product areas
  • Be efficient in manual measuring for all relevant products
  • Carry out customer service inspections as required
  • Ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Other areas of responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out remedial or replacement works where required
  • Fitting flooring in new build plots where necessary
  • Carrying out measures if required
  • Maintaining service records and assisting in the service operation
  • Carrying out deliveries as directed
  • Liaising with the Customer Service Team and co-operating effectively
