The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
This role involves ensuring that high standards and compliant administration are met at all times. This is a busy role that will require you to prioritise your work load accordingly. We are looking for a strong team player with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work with a proven background within an administrative role.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for logging and keying customer orders and tracking stock to completion.
- Participating in office duties, such as answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing post, and carrying out general housekeeping tasks.
- Assisting with ensuring goods are stored in the correct locations and our in-house system reflects actual locations.
- Effective liaison with the fitting diary team to ensure service level agreements are met with customer satisfaction at the forefront.
- Ensuring job completion notes are received on time and are properly completed in order for invoicing within the company timescales.
- Assisting with booking in on the system and warehouse deliveries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and manage your time effectively. A keen eye for detail is essential. You should be articulate, possess excellent IT and communication skills, and work well under pressure in a busy office environment. Commitment to working as part of a team and the ability to use your own initiative are also important.
