Designer Contracts is the UK’s largest flooring contractor operating across 13 regional facilities. As well as floor covering, the company provides curtains and blinds, furniture and lighting. Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator with Warehouse Duties to join our friendly team based in Leeds.

Salary: £26,250 plus bonus

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

If so then we would like to hear from you! This role involves ensuring that high standards are met at all times and to assist in the warehouse when required. This is a busy and varied role that will require you to prioritise your work load accordingly. We are looking for a team player with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work.

Other key areas of responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for administrative aspects of the business
  • Be proficient and work accurately on a computerised system
  • Identify and use up unallocated stock
  • Check and unload warehouse deliveries
  • Liaising with fitters, sites, sales and clients

Key Requirements:

  • Commitment to working as part of a team and excellent administrative skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to be able load and unload vehicles safely and accurately
  • Must be willing to undertake training for a Fork Lift Truck certificate
