Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our friendly team based in Kettering.
Salary: £35,000 plus Bonus
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

This practical, field-based role involves travelling across sites carrying out inspections, supporting aftercare enquiries and acting as a key technical contact for the region. You’ll be an important liaison between site teams, subcontractors and internal departments.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
- Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them.
- Carrying out hands-on pre-checks on new-build plots (including floor and blinds measuring – full training given).
- Completing quality control inspections on subcontractor installations.
- Communicating with site managers, subcontractors and customers regarding aftercare issues.
- Recording inspections and documentation using mobile apps.
- Providing technical support to the customer service team.
- Reporting findings clearly to internal teams to coordinate remedial works.
- Must be able to carry out small remedial jobs.
- Handling technical and installation queries from the region.
- Ensuring work meets required safety and site standards.
Key requirements:
- Flooring industry experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confidence with hands-on inspections and checks.
- Comfortable using mobile apps and technology.
- You may be required to drive a transit sized van to travel between sites as required.
- Full UK driving license.
- Able to pass a DBS check.
- Willingness to gain a CSCS card and SSSTS qualification.
Desirable:
- Flooring fitting experience.
- Additional experience in customer communication or subcontractor management.
