A friendly Hampshire firm based just outside of Winchester is growing in both size and demand and therefore has a great opportunity for an experienced Architect to join their practice in an involved role. You will work across a variety of leading projects primarily across Education, Healthcare and Residential.
To become a part of this growing practice, you will ideally have the following skills and experience:
- Experienced in using Revit
- Experienced working on live projects in the UK
- Possess a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
- Job running and experience across the RIBA stages
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Understanding of working on larger scale projects
- Knowledge of planning and UK building regulations and standards
- Coordinating with external contractors
The successful Architect can expect a competitive salary of up to £42,000 DOE and great benefits including flexible hours and hybrid working where you can work at least 2 days out of the office. Also included is a competitive holiday allowance, social events, generous pension scheme to name a few.
Due to the hybrid working on offer with this role, commutable locations could include: Hampshire, Romsey, Winchester, Southampton, Eastleigh, Waterlooville, Petersfield, Newbury, Salisbury, Farnham, Basingstoke, Andover and Portsmouth.
