A friendly Hampshire firm based in Winchester are busy growing and have a great opportunity for both an experienced Architect & Architectural Technician to join their practice in an involved role. You will join a friendly team to work across a variety of leading large scale projects primarily across the Commercial & Residential sectors.
To become a part of this growing practice, you will ideally have the following skills and experience:
- Experienced in using Revit on live projects
- Experienced working on live projects in the UK
- Possess a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
- Job running and experience across the RIBA stages
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Understanding of working on larger scale projects in any sector
- Knowledge of planning and UK building regulations and standards
- Coordinating with external contractors
The successful Architect can expect a competitive salary on offer circa up to £45,000 DOE and great benefits including flexible hours and hybrid working where you can work at least 2 days out of the office at home, flexi hours plus various perks & benefits. This position is permanent however contract opportunities are also on offer with this practice.
Due to the hybrid working on offer with this role, and its walkable distance to Winchester train station, commutable locations could include: Hampshire, Romsey, Winchester, Southampton, Eastleigh, Waterlooville, Petersfield, Newbury, Salisbury, Farnham, Basingstoke, Andover, Portsmouth, Berkshire, Surrey, Reading, Guildford, Woking, Farnborough.
