A large leading local Architectural practice based near to Southampton, are seeking Architectural Technicians and Technical Architects of all levels of experience, to join their busy and expanding team. Working on mainly medium and large scale Residential developments, the right individual will ideally have a background within large scale Residential housing projects.
Responsibilities
- Produce technical working drawings in AutoCAD and Revit; experience in either one or ideally both is highly desirable, with training and support provided if not.
- Interpret client briefs and produce technical documentation in line with the latest regulations.
- Be an integral part of the team with great opportunities for long-term career progression within the technical team of the firm.
Qualifications
- Background within large-scale Residential housing projects (preferred).
- Experience in AutoCAD and/or Revit; training available if needed.
