The predicted salary is between 26400 - 33600 £ per year.

A leading local Architectural practice based near to Southampton has great new opportunities for both experienced Architectural Technicians and Part 2 Architectural Assistants with good planning experience to join their busy and expanding team. Working on mainly medium and large scale Residential schemes, this is a superb opportunity to join a large and busy team at an exciting period of growth as they look to employ individuals to join their established team.

The role will see you have input at various stages of the design process, including feasibility layouts, planning applications and masterplanning through to detailed design. It is highly desirable that you are experienced in using Revit and this is a great opportunity to work across early project stages combining both Architecture and urban design. Experience working on live projects and familiarity with UK building regulations is a must for these positions.

You will be an integral part of the team and there are great opportunities for long term career progression:

  • A salary up to circa £33,000 (DOE) up to £42,000 for Senior level
