A unique opportunity has arisen with a busy Oxfordshire based practice, who are looking to grow their in house Architectural team and are therefore looking to add experienced Architectural Technologists/Architectural Technicians and a experienced Senior Architect to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Playing a heavily involved technical role you will be an integral part of the team working on simultaneous projects at any one time across Residential, local authority and Commercial schemes.
- Coordinating drawing packages with the senior Associate, you will be managing your timescales in accordance to deadlines.
Qualifications
- To be considered for this role you must be strong technically (ideally Architectural Technician/Technologist) and hold a comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations.
- Experience on Residential, Local authority and Commercial schemes would also be highly advantageous although not essential.
Benefits
- Both hybrid working and flexi hours can be offered along with an annual salary up to £50,000 DOE.
- Relocation can also be supported for the right individual.
