A leading Architectural practice has exciting new opportunities for Architects, Architectural technicians and experienced Part 2 or Part 3 Architectural Assistants to join their thriving team in either their Oxford office. This growing practice is busy and next year is looking to be even more so with a growing portfolio of fantastic projects!

You will be working across industry leading projects across the UK and although experience in this isn’t essential, it is highly desirable along with a passion for Historical buildings and Conservation. Joining this growing practice you will have great career progression, development and a truly flexible hybrid working opportunity among other perks.

To become a part of this vibrant practice, the ideal individuals will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience across the preservation of Heritage/ Conservation projects (ideal not essential)
  • The knowledge to provide expert advice on Heritage Conservation and restoration
  • Experience across all RIBA Stages
  • Experience in bespoke detailing
  • Experienced in producing great design and technical drawings
  • A passion for working with clients which may include site visits and surveys
  • Experienced in working in either Revit or ArchiCAD - not essential but highly desirable
  • A passion for the preservation of historic buildings
  • Experience of UK building regulations

This is a full time, permanent position. Due to the flexible hybrid working on offer with this role, some of the commutable locations could include: Central London, Greater London, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire, Oxford, Didcot, Bicester, Banbury, Witney, Abingdon, Thame, Cheltenham, Swindon, Kidlington, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Watford, Banbury, Aylesbury and Slough.
