A friendly and bespoke Buckinghamshire based Design practice are excited to grow their team again! This role will offer you a chance to work to your strengths whether that may be more design or technical work as the company primarily works on leading fit out projects for some well known multinational companies. Some projects are roll out schemes and experience across either the Retail, Hospitality or Commercial sectors would be preferred and it is essential you have experience working on live projects. Experience in using AutoCAD, Sketch-up and Photoshop is also highly desirable.
Key duties may include:
- Experienced working across medium - large scale schemes
- Producing both interior and exterior details specifications
- Experienced in working within AutoCAD or Revit
- Producing drawing information and packs inline with deadlines
- Liaising with external consultants across the project stages to delivery
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
You will be an integral part of the team working on simultaneous projects at any one time helping to deliver great schemes. This is an ideal opportunity to join a small and growing practice and be heavily involved in all aspects with long term career progression. We are looking for a friendly and driven Architectural Technician or Technical Designer with excellent communication skills and someone looking to be a key part of team for the long term.
