Overview: I have a superb opportunity to join a growing practice in north Oxfordshire, to work on leading high end Residential schemes, primarily luxury multi million pound homes from initial design to completion. You will have an involved role on projects from start to finish and there are exciting long term career opportunities on offer, with this firm as they continue to grow.
Due to the existing hybrid set up, this role is mainly home working although you are welcome to go to the office more should you wish but the requirement is only once every week/10 days. We are still looking for an individual to be based within a couple of hours of the office. This role would best suit either a recently qualified Architect or an experienced Part 2 or Part 3 Architectural Assistant to join their thriving team in their Oxfordshire office.

- Qualifications:
- Experience across Residential schemes - Ideally large scale Residential or one off high end luxury houses, this firm do both!
- Experienced working across all RIBA Stages
- Experience in bespoke detailing
- Experienced in producing great design and technical drawings in Revit
- A passion for working with clients where no 2 projects are the same
- Prior experience in working in Revit on live projects (intermediate level is fine)
- A passion for the Residential market
- Ability to work well on your own and as a part of a team
- Good time management skills and good problem solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of UK building regulations
This is a full time, permanent position. Due to the flexible hybrid working on offer with this role, some of the commutable locations could include: Central London, Greater London, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire, Oxford, Didcot, Bicester, Banbury, Witney, Abingdon, Thame, Cheltenham, Swindon, Kidlington, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Watford, Aylesbury and Slough.
