The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
A leading international Architecture & Interior Design firm that are industry specialists, are busy with new projects across both Healthcare and Commercial Workplace schemes and are therefore looking to add experienced Architects and Architectural Technicians to their growing teams. They are incredibly busy working on some exceptional projects across the UK from both their London office based near to Farringdon and Hertfordshire based office. It is truly an exciting time to join this growing practice with current projects underway across various project stages and a healthy pipeline of work for this year.
Leaders in their field, this practice have a great reputation for producing high quality designs across both various Healthcare and Commercial schemes. They are offering a competitive package with a salary on offer up to £50,000 DOE with a superb flexible hybrid working scheme and long term career development & opportunity.
To be considered for this role you must have experience in working across project stages on either Healthcare or Commercial schemes or be an experienced Revit user on large projects with a passion for the above sectors. Revit experience is not essential for any experienced individuals with specific Healthcare sector experience although it would be highly advantageous. You must have relevant experience and hold a comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and play an involved role in a project running capacity.
Lastly, working with both the UK and international offices, it is essential you are a strong communicator and can manage your time effectively in line with project deadlines and time frames across the RIBA stages. Commutable areas could include: London, Greater London, Cambridgeshire, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire.
