A well-respected award-winning Architectural practice, based near Kettering, is seeking experienced Architectural Technologists/Technicians and Architects to join them on a permanent basis. This long-established practice works on leading projects across the Education, Healthcare, Residential, and Commercial sectors.

They design with a passion for sustainability, and their offering is both unique and exciting with long-term career scope! There are great development opportunities for this growing office.

On offer are the chance to work across multiple sectors and project values, the chance to work with Revit on a regular basis, agile working hours, and an established hybrid working policy with a good mix of home working and office visits.

We are looking for an individual to be experienced in the following areas:

  • Proven experience working on drawing packages using ideally Revit, although not essential
  • Proven design experience, creativity, and good problem-solving skills
  • Leading detailed design processes and coordination of design information
  • Knowledge and experience in BIM is advantageous
  • Detailing and building regulation knowledge
  • Good organisation skills and a proven ability to manage time in line with deadlines
  • Working with project teams and independently when required
  • Experience working across project RIBA stages
