About the role
Brilliant with people and excited and motivated by big thinking and creativity? Working in perfect partnership with our clients, team and partners, we’re looking for an Account Manager with strong creative agency experience to help get big brand and campaign briefs over the line and deliver against our creative proposition, Trigger Bigger Thinking.
You will be responsible for leading, planning and project management of key accounts across brand strategy and ATL campaigns including TV. Building exceptional internal and external relationships, you will ensure the best creative work leaves the agency and multiple teams are working together to create impact and consistency across all outputs. You will have an eagle eye for opportunity spotting and commercial know how to make the most of every budget.
What you’ll be doing
- Project lead for key accounts, working in collaboration with our clients and teams to deliver optimal creative output – on brand, on time and on budget.
- Responsible for brand guardianship and joined up thinking and approach across strategy, planning and delivery.
- Responsible for project scoping, budgeting and ownership of key milestone project dates and meetings.
- Writing creative briefs that excite and inspire the teams, bringing in brand and business insights to support trigger bigger thinking.
- Be across all the detail day-to-day and ensuring quality control of everything going through, and leaving, the agency.
- Oversee and lead on all key project check-ins, meetings, status calls, WIP reviews and presentations, with the support of the wider Client Services team.
- Build excellent relationships with our clients, acting as an extension of their team to ensure retention and growth, whilst identifying opportunities - both brand and tactical.
- Act as the lynchpin to bring all teams together; clients, creative, production and media.
- Ensure job profitability with accurate scoping, budgeting and timely reconciliations escalating to clients and Senior Management where necessary.
- Own all financial and forecast details across our client portfolio and manage third party costs.
- Support Senior Management team with handling potential issues, bottlenecks and resource challenges, pre-empting these, and escalating where necessary.
- Support new business function where required and involvement in pitch presentations.
Skills we’re looking for
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Confident with presenting and articulating creative ideas.

- At least 2 years of creative agency experience.
- Experience with managing through big ATL campaigns, including TV, desirable.
