Lead and manage the Trade Sales Team (activity, performance, KPIs). Drive daily sales to achieve monthly revenue targets. Strengthen relationships with existing trade customers and onboard new ones. Work closely with senior management to execute sales strategies. Oversee outbound activity, quoting, account management and margin control. Ensure team adherence to internal processes, SOPs, and credit-safe procedures.
