The predicted salary is between 43200 - 64800 £ per year.

Our client is currently looking for a CAD Design Engineer, the position would be working within the Nuclear industry with the offices based in Oxfordshire. The position would be a contracting position with a long term contract that would be Inside of IR35. The client would be offering a hybrid working pattern of 2/3 days on site and the rest working from home. Candidates must be applicable for BPSS as some of the workload will require basic security clearance.

Candidates will be required to carry out design and CAD modelling tasks in support of the project that the client has selected, with the primary aim to develop some pre concept CAD models of the test facility based on the concept description. The client would be looking for Design Engineers who have a strong understanding and working experience of CATIA V5.

The successful applicant will be required to produce individual and assemblies of the component models. the Engineer will be provided support and guidance on the design solutions. Therefore candidates will be required to carry out the CAD modelling in CATIA V5 to develop the 3D models from sketches and descriptions.

As mentioned, candidates must be eligible to gain BPSS or further SC clearance if the project requires, all applicants must be a sole British national and have lived within the UK for 5 years at a minimum.
