The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Our client is currently looking for an Assurance Engineer to join them on a long term contracting basis. The contract can be worked Inside or Outside IR35 dependant on the outcome of an IR35 assessment. The client would be offering negotiable rates as well as the opportunity for hybrid working with a 4 day week, consisting of 2 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Candidates must be qualified in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Lead or Internal auditor (QCI and IRCA Certified). It is desirable for candidates to have a Six Sigma yellow belt at a minimum, but this is not essential. Candidates must have a manufacturing background and a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Nuclear or a highly regulated industry.

The right candidate will have experience ensuring FOD/CFSI controls are effective, as well as experience identifying root cause using 5 whys, fishbone, or 8D methods. Knowledge and practical application of management systems structures is required.

It is desirable for candidates to have ISO 1090 and ISO 3834 welding standards knowledge, as well as awareness of IPSA. All candidates must be eligible to gain BPSS/SC clearance, so must be a sole British National and have the Right To Work in the UK fully established.
