Our client is currently looking for Senior Mechanical Engineers, offering either a permanent staff opportunity or a contracting role that can be worked Outside of IR35. The client has offices based in the Trafford area of Manchester and will be offering the opportunity of hybrid working, open to negotiation on the amount of days required in the office. The role will be working across various projects in sewage treatment works.
Responsibilities
- Provide design deliverables that satisfy safety and quality requirements.
- Produce design calculations and drawings for the water industry.
- Liaise with equipment suppliers and manufacturers.
- Prepare designs in compliance with relevant technical, professional and group standards.
Qualifications / Experience
- Relevant experience within the Water industry.
- Experience of hydraulic design and awareness of electrical design and control systems.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the Wastewater and clean water sectors, though this is not a strict requirement.
