Our client is currently looking for a Senior P&SC Manager for the Procurement and Supply Chain manager role. The client is offering a contracting position that can be worked Outside of IR35, with the position based between two offices in Manchester and London, as well as providing flexibility to work from home on occasion depending on project requirements.
The client is offering a negotiable day rate commensurate with experience. They are looking for candidates who can support the implementation of the framework, ensuring effective performance monitoring of suppliers, as well as facilitating and collating supplier performance reviews, corrective action planning, and continuous improvement programmes.
Candidates will also be responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders to embed best practice performance management processes across business units, sectors, and project frameworks. The client seeks candidates with experience in procurement and supply chain or a SRM role, predominantly in performance management, along with strong experience in supplier and/or project management.
It is desirable for candidates to have an understanding of infrastructure industry procurement and supply chain operations, as well as experience working across multiple industries and organisations with the ability to influence at all levels. Candidates must have the right to work within the UK, and some projects may require candidates to go through BPSS clearance.
