Our client is currently looking for a Senior SHE Advisor on a long term contracting basis that can be worked Outside IR35 offering negotiable day rates that will be commensurate with experience, the position will be working at an end client site based in the Reading area.
The client is looking for candidates that will be responsible for supporting and influencing the contract leadership team, clients and other stakeholders in compliance with the SHE management systems and contract SHE performance. You will also be responsible for helping to deliver training to allow the contract team to successfully implement the SHE management system.
Candidates will also be responsible for actively supporting the investigation of all unplanned events and close out assurance findings, ensuring lessons are shared in accordance with the SHE management system.
It is desirable for candidates to have over 5 years SHE experience and to be NEBOSH Construction certified. Candidates will require experience working within highly regulated industries, most specifically working within the Nuclear or Defence industries, and candidates that already hold SC clearance are preferential due to the role requiring SC clearance. Candidates must have the right to work within the UK and must have the ability to gain SC clearance.
