Project Delivery Engineer

Our client is currently looking for a Project Delivery Engineer to be based at the clients site in Chorley, the position will a permanent staff position working within the Nuclear industry.

Candidates will be offered a opportunity to work a 4 day with a 37 hour week.

Our client is looking for a someone who can assist the project managers in delivering delegated contracts in compliance with the Quality management systems , as well tender the client specifications.

You will also be facilitating effective communication within the project team and addressing interfaces between disciplines, managing resource constraints across parallel projects and resolving client and end client challenges.

During this role you will be ensuring successful completion within agreed scope, budget, quality and timescales as well as monitoring and managing project quality performance, including non-conformance reports (NCRs).

You will be managing project change control processes, addressing variances and ensuring risks and opportunities are identified and mitigated effectively.

The client is also looking for someone who has a caried background of engineering, disciplines, fabrication and welding (MMA, TIG, MIG/MAG), Materials (Stainless stell, Carbon steel, aluminium).

A varied background of engineering disciplines in light, medium and heavy machining and machining / set up of mechanical fabrications.
