Our client is currently looking for a MEICA lead. The role will be a long‑term contracting position that can be worked Outside IR35 and will be based in the end client’s Camberley hub offices with the opportunity of hybrid working, offering rates that are commensurate with experience.

The client is looking for candidates who will lead, plan and deliver the MEICA & commissioning of the project lifecycle, ensuring that the project meets the timeline and budget constraints. You will also be responsible for liaising with the MEICA designers, site construction team, subcontractors and the end client while performing the above.

Candidates will be required to attend MEICA & commissioning as necessary with suppliers, designers, site teams and the end client, ensuring that the activities are managed in line with framework expectations.

Candidates must have experience of MEICA design, delivery & commissioning on large complex mechanical, electrical and process plants in the water industry, and previous work as an electrical or mechanical authorised person on complex systems.

  • RAMS collation & review
  • Quality plans
  • ITPS Check sheets
  • Manuals throughout the project life cycle
