What we built and what we are building

• Over the past 12 months, we’ve significantly advanced our IP position in the retail technology and fashion arena by expanding international patent protections and filing new claims, across our core technologies.
• We have established partnerships with leading universities in England and Scotland, alongside corporate collaborators, and have strengthened our innovation pipeline, resulting in the integration into 3 new developing products and the identification of 3 key growth opportunities across priority retail technology and fashion segments.
• Developed a core 3D immersion and technology platform adaptable across fashion design, digital showrooms, immersive retail, and virtual experiences.
• Strengthened our intellectual property strategy, with manifestations of the concept, innovations and licensing opportunities aligned to global fashion and technology partners.
• Defined multiple high-value use cases across digital fashion creation, immersive retail environments, and next-generation brand experiences.

The digital fashion ecosystem is huge, spanning stereoscopic 3D design, XR try-ons, and virtual retail. Fashion apps are booming, growing from around $4.9 billion in 2025 to $11 billion by the early 2030s, with stereoscopic 3D design at 6% CAGR and immersive experiences at 22% CAGR. Rising consumer adoption and tech innovation are driving a new era of physical and virtual-first fashion, where design, retail, and apps converge to create fully immersive experiences.

Opportunity and approach

DLI Fashion is developing next generation 3D fashion devices in support of global industry needs. As we gear up for our next phase of growth, we are looking for a visionary Investor / Co-Founder who shares our new concept ambition and will play a key role in making it happen. We are seeking investment into a technology and retail fashion development SPV, involving both Scottish and English University partners. We will integrate our enhancements to previously granted international patents, to prototype and build next gen 3D devices, with the goal to license the innovation to global partners.
