Overview: This is a new, exciting position with a leading provider of electronic security solutions in the UK. The role is to join as a Business Development Director. This forward-thinking company provides enterprise security technology: video surveillance, access control, intruder systems and remote monitoring that helps ensure the safety of people and businesses globally.
Location: National - UK
Package: £120k - £130k base salary + OTE £200k+ incl Healthcare, Life Insurance, Pension, Car/Car Allowance, Tablet, Phone & home office.
Role Responsibilities:
- Focused on generating and developing new business opportunities across all vertical markets in the UK.
- Hunting for and cultivating new opportunities, the role is 'solution selling' offering an end to end offering of security systems installation including video surveillance, access control, intruder, cloud-based security solutions and remote monitoring.
- Autonomous and self-generating leads; manage appointments; join a sales team of 12; meet and exceed targets; convert marketing strategies into sales.

Candidate:
Are you a Business Development Manager already working in the electronic security sector or a Key Account Manager? We are seeking candidates from directly within the electronic security sector, with a minimum of 5 years in the sector.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Ambitious, disciplined and well organised; focused on closing deals; able to manage long and complex sales cycles; experience selling security systems into the commercial or public sector (ideally in Ireland).
- Confident to interface with multiple organisations across sectors; polished oral, written communication and presentations skills.
Package (Detailed): This role offers a basic salary of £120,000 - £130,000 with a realistic OTE of £200,000+ with an uncapped commission structure. Healthcare, Pension, Life Insurance, Car allowance or company car, Tablet, Phone & Home office are included. The company offers training, career progression & development.
