What You’ll Be Doing:- Managing all project related documents, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and reports
- Making sure everything is organised, accurate, and accessible to the right people at the right time.
- Controlling the flow of information between contractors, engineers, clients, and the project team.
- Keeping records up to date and audit-ready, helping the team stay compliant and efficient.
- Using platforms like Aconex, Asite, or Viewpoint to track versions, updates, and approvals.
- Supporting the Project Manager and site team with structured document workflows and reporting.
- Previous experience in a similar Document Controller role within construction or engineering.
- Confidence using common EDMS platforms (Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, etc.).
