Design Build Search are working closely with one of Ireland's leading contractors. Due to continued success, they have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in London. The successful applicant will be involved in a prestigious £200m data centre development in London Docklands.
To be considered, you must have previous experience working for a tier 1 contractor on a large scale development.
The Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Experience in loss and expense, delay and disruption, and any time extensions
- Maintain a productive relationship with all the Design team professionals and Client representatives throughout the project
- Ensure the full and proper implementation of the Team Commercial procedures where delegated authority so requires
