We are seeking an experienced MEP Lead to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of multiple large-scale construction projects including data centres, pharmaceutical plants, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and leadership, ensuring seamless coordination, quality control, and timely delivery of all MEP systems across diverse project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of MEP works on multiple projects.
  • Lead project teams and subcontractors in the planning, design review, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
  • Review and approve technical submittals, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Attend client meetings, design coordination sessions, and site progress reviews.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively managing risks and delays.
  • Ensure health & safety protocols are implemented and adhered to across all MEP activities.
  • Liaise with design consultants, utility providers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Drive quality control processes and implement best practices in installation and commissioning.
  • Produce regular progress reports and updates for internal and client stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in MEP coordination and delivery, ideally with exposure to data centre, pharma, or industrial projects.
  • Proven experience in managing MEP works on complex, large-scale construction sites.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, BIM coordination, and commissioning processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel across multiple sites and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and international MEP standards.
