What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing all project related documents, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and reports
- Making sure everything is organised, accurate, and accessible to the right people at the right time
- Controlling the flow of information between contractors, engineers, clients, and the project team
- Keeping records up to date and audit-ready, helping the team stay compliant and efficient
- Using platforms like Aconex, Asite, or Viewpoint to track versions, updates, and approvals
- Supporting the Project Manager and site team with structured document workflows and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar Document Controller role within construction or engineering
- Confidence using common EDMS platforms (Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, etc.)
- Impeccable attention to detail
