Company Description
We are a piled foundation company who carry out all foundation works, incl of Piling {will be trained], steel fixing, shuttering, & all concrete works. Drainage is big part of our work also, so general experience will be required. Vehicle supplied with a clean driving license. We are a fairly new company, but with our order book we have scope to increase our site staff.
We work all over the South East & are expanding into other areas.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Groundwork Crews located in Chelmsford. As part of the Groundwork Crews, you will be responsible for performing excavation and trenching, laying foundations, installing drainage systems, and preparing sites for construction. You will also operate and maintain various site machinery and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Additionally, you\’ll collaborate with other team members to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in excavation, trenching, and laying foundations
- Skills in installing drainage systems and preparing construction sites
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining site machinery
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- Relevant certifications in health and safety or machine operation
- Previous experience in groundwork or a related field is preferred
