We’re looking for a Senior Designer / Art Director to join our London studio and play a key role in shaping and growing our beauty-focused offer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is not only passionate about beauty, but deeply curious about its future, culturally, creatively, and commercially.

You’ll be integral to a dedicated beauty team that explores how brands can close the gap between what they stand for and what people truly feel. Working across a diverse range of beauty and personal care projects, from established global players to emerging, challenger brands, you’ll help create brand worlds that resonate in an increasingly fragmented, high-choice, fast-moving landscape.

This role goes beyond execution. You’ll contribute to defining how beauty brands show up in culture, how they build emotional connection and community, and how they balance purpose, product excellence, and innovation. From brand identities and packaging systems to campaigns, content, and experiences, you’ll lead and deliver work that feels relevant, distinctive, and future-facing.

Collaborating closely with strategists, writers, and other creatives, you’ll help translate insight into powerful creative ideas, and ideas into beautifully crafted outputs. You’ll also play a part in evolving our thinking around new tools, technologies, and ways of working, including the thoughtful use of AI, to enhance creativity and effectiveness.

You’re a senior-level designer or art director with strong craft, a clear creative point of view, and a genuine love for beauty, lifestyle, and consumer brands. You understand the nuances of the category, from mass to premium, and know how to build brands that feel culturally attuned, emotionally engaging, and commercially strong.

Your portfolio shows confident thinking across brand identity, packaging, and communications, and demonstrates your ability to take ideas from concept through to delivery. You’re comfortable presenting and discussing work, asking the right questions, and constructively challenging briefs to get to better outcomes.

You thrive in collaborative environments, bring positive energy to teams, and enjoy mentoring and inspiring others. You’re curious about how brands can build communities, how purpose shows up authentically, and how emerging technologies can support, not replace, great creative thinking.
