We’re looking for a Senior Designer / Art Director to join our London studio, someone who wants to create the best work of their career and play a meaningful role in shaping bold, idea-led brands. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who thrives on ideation and craft in equal measure. You’ll work across brand identity systems, campaigns, communications and brand worlds, helping to define clear, single-minded ideas and expressing them with distinctive personality.
You’ll collaborate closely with Creative Directors, strategists and writers to translate human insight into compelling ideas, and ideas into beautifully crafted outcomes. You’ll help set the standard for creative excellence within the studio, presenting work internally and to clients with clarity and confidence. Alongside delivering your own projects, you’ll mentor more junior designers and contribute to a culture that values candour, curiosity and collaboration.
We’re looking for someone who understands that great design goes beyond decoration, that it’s creative problem solving. Someone who can bring together words, image, motion and experience to build brands that endure. You’ll present work internally and to clients, contribute to raising the bar for craft, mentor midweight and junior designers, and bring positive energy to the team. Above all, you’ll help create work that moves people, culturally, emotionally and commercially.
You are a senior-level designer or art director with strong conceptual thinking and exceptional craft. Your portfolio demonstrates your ability to find a relevant human insight and translate it into a clear idea, expressed with confidence and personality. You move comfortably between identity systems, campaigns and broader brand worlds, and you understand how to take work from concept through to delivery without losing its original intent.
You’re comfortable presenting and discussing your work, asking smart questions and constructively challenging briefs to push the thinking further. You respond well to feedback and know how to lead creatively without casting a shadow. You care deeply about the quality of what you put into the world, and you elevate the people around you in the process.
You are culturally aware, creatively ambitious and motivated by the opportunity to create work that could be award-winning, but more importantly, work that genuinely connects. Breadth of experience across international brands, challengers or culturally relevant organisations is valuable, as is a curiosity about how brands show up in contemporary culture.
We’re passionate about our people and their careers. We’ll help you develop your skills and provide you with outstanding benefits. So you’ll have a chance to make your mark on our future, as we make a mark on yours. We’re proud to be the world’s most awarded brand design agency, with 28 Cannes Lions to our name and Creative Review Annual’s Most Creative Design Agency of the Year 2024. You’ll get to take new projects to award-winning potential, as part of a connected team of brilliant, tenacious people right by your side and across the world.
We believe the best work happens when we’re together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That’s why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
