About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our Client Leadership team, working at the heart of large-scale brand and packaging programmes within consumer packaged goods. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and is passionate about building brands through thoughtful, high-quality design delivery. You’ll lead end-to-end packaging programmes at scale, from early strategic input through to delivery and rollout, ensuring brand ambition, creative quality and commercial rigour are met throughout.

Strong experience within CPG is essential. You’ll be comfortable managing multi-SKU portfolios, redesign and optimisation programmes, and complex delivery work streams across multiple markets. Working closely with strategists, creatives, designers and production partners, you’ll bring clarity, structure and momentum to large programmes. This includes overseeing packaging systems, artwork management processes, and collaborating on 3D visualisation, CGI and render workflows. You’ll also bring a practical awareness of AI-enabled tools and processes, particularly where they support efficiency, asset creation and delivery.

About you

You bring proven experience managing complex packaging and brand programmes within a design, brand or creative agency environment. You’re highly organised with a strong portfolio mindset, able to oversee multiple work-streams and priorities without losing attention to detail or quality. You’re a confident delegator who can structure teams, manage dependencies and keep momentum across complex programmes.

You’re commercially and strategically minded, able to connect individual projects back to broader brand and portfolio goals, with experience tracking commercials and monitoring contribution margins. You hold a clear point of view on the quality and output of work and take pride in delivering at a high standard.

You’re comfortable owning day-to-day client relationships, acting as a trusted partner who can challenge constructively, ask the right questions and push for better thinking and outcomes. In internal forums such as resourcing meetings, you bring a calm, credible presence, balancing diplomacy with clarity.

You’re also an advocate for best practice, contributing to internal initiatives and actively engaging in team and agency culture. You enjoy working collaboratively, bring energy and curiosity to your role, and take ownership of both delivery and relationships.

Why us?

World-famous brands. National icons. Technology unicorns. Plucky upstarts no one’s yet heard of. You’ll get to work on all of these, with a team of brilliant, optimistic people right by your side and scattered all across the world.

We’re passionate about our people and their careers. We’ll help you to develop your skills and provide you with outstanding benefits. So, you’ll have a chance to make your mark on our future, as we make a mark on yours.
