About the role
We\’re on the hunt for a Midweight Designer who doesn\’t just push pixels, but truly understands how design drives desire and trust.
Based in our dynamic London studio, we are looking for someone who’s brimming with ideas, obsessed with craft, and ready to roll up their sleeves to bring bold, beautiful brands to life. This is no ordinary design gig. You’ll be diving headfirst into the worlds of CPG, Pharma, and Drinks, shaping identities and crafting packaging that doesn’t just sit on shelves, it flies off them.
One day, you might be giving a health product a fresh new look that builds trust and turns heads. The next, you’re designing packaging for a premium spirit that practically pours itself into the glass. Or maybe you’re dreaming up a campaign for a cheeky snack brand that knows how to have fun. Whatever the challenge, you’ll be there from concept to creation, building out everything from vibrant brand worlds to digital experiences, motion graphics, and, of course, show‑stopping packaging. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, so you’ll be working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with strategists, writers, and motion designers to create work that grabs attention, sparks emotion, and makes an impact.
About you
You’re not just a designer, you’re a creative powerhouse with an eye for detail and a passion for making brands unforgettable. Whether it’s a sleek identity for a global drinks brand or playful packaging for a quirky CPG disruptor, you know how to flex your style to fit the brief and connect with the audience. Your portfolio is a feast for the eyes, packed with thoughtful, well‑crafted work across branding, digital, motion, and (most importantly) packaging. Bonus points if you’ve got experience in the fast‑paced worlds of CPG, pharma, or drinks, we’d love to see how you’ve helped products stand out in crowded markets or built trust in sensitive categories.
You’re confident presenting your ideas, thrive on collaboration, and aren’t afraid to push boundaries to make good work great. Feedback? You welcome it, because you know it’s all about making the final result sing. Most of all, you’re excited by the idea of seeing your designs out in the wild, influencing what people pick up, sip on, or trust every single day. If you’re ready to take your creativity to the next level and work on brands that people actually care about, we want to hear from you.
Why us?
We’re passionate about our people and their careers. We’ll help you develop your skills and provide you with outstanding benefits. So you’ll have a chance to make your mark on our future, as we make a mark on yours. We’re proud to be the world’s most awarded brand design agency, with 28 Cannes Lions to our name and Creative Review Annual’s Most Creative Design Agency of the Year 2024. You’ll get to take new projects to award‑winning potential, as part of a connected team of brilliant, tenacious people right by your side and across the world.
We believe the best work happens when we\’re together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That\’s why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
