About the role

The Senior Client Director is a senior leadership role focused on directing and delivering major, complex brand projects independently. The core focus of your role is centred on three key dimensions:

  • Strategic Client Partnership – Acting as a trusted advisor and champion high creative standards.
  • Commercial Growth – Accountable management of client portfolios and new business conversion.
  • Inspirational Team Leadership – Mentoring a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary team to deliver exceptional work efficiently.

About you

Ideally you will have experience working in a Brand / Design Agency or Consultancy and have partnered with International Clients in the Drinks Sector. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Senior Client Gravitas – Exceptional communication, listening, and negotiation skills, with the credibility to advise and influence senior‑level client stakeholders.
  • Strategic Brand & Creative Expertise – A strong passion for branding with the intelligence and imagination to solve complex brand challenges across B2B and B2C.
  • Portfolio & Commercial Accountability – Proven ability to manage client budgets, deliver against profitability targets, and lead accurate weekly financial forecasting.
  • Organic Growth & Opportunity Identification – Proactive mindset for identifying, nurturing, and converting new workstreams and business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Inspirational Leadership & Mentorship – Ability to guide, inspire, and develop a client services team, creating an environment where team members can flourish.
  • Multi‑Disciplinary Collaboration – A collaborative partner who works seamlessly with strategy, creative, studio, and production teams to champion high creative standards.
  • Complex Project Direction – Highly skilled in overseeing and driving large‑scale, global branding projects with momentum, efficiency, and a hands‑on approach when required.
  • Sound Business Judgment – Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholder expectations effectively.
