About the role Join our Sustainability and Corporate Communications team as a Client Project Manager at a leading brand and communications agency.
Working closely with Client Directors, strategists, creatives and external suppliers, you will support client accounts and help deliver a range of corporate communications projects for major FTSE 100 and international organisations.
You will manage project administration, prioritise tasks and coordinate delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Projects may include print reporting, integrated brand, digital and communications work.
Your key responsibilities will include: Support the delivery of high-quality client projects professionally and on time Manage communications (client + internal updates, contact reports)Support admin, financial tracking, invoicing, and file management Coordinate meetings, take notes, and manage team actions and deliverables Oversee, proof-check and brief in creative/production amends and ensure accuracy About you To be successful in this role, you will have strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage budgets and deadlines effectively.
You will be a collaborative and professional team player with an understanding of print and design production processes, as well as the ability to look beyond individual projects, understand the wider agency environment and adapt accordingly.
Previous agency account management experience at Client or Account Manager level would be advantageous, particularly across areas such as annual and corporate reporting, shareholder and sustainability communications, print production, branding and identity, internal and external communications, communication consultancy, investor relations and online communications.
