About the role: We are looking for an Integrated Senior Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier content for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. Integrated Production’s mission is two-fold; firstly, we aim to inspire and inform the creative process at scope, research and development stages. Secondly, to drive a robust production process to produce world class assets and content that helps ‘answer the big questions’ in the Design Bridge and Partners vision that clients can be proud of.

You’ll bring briefs to life; commissioning the best creative partners across film, photography, CGI and any other medium, overseeing every step of pre and post-production stages including shoot attendance, contractual negotiations and ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly, on time and within budget. You’ll establish strong relationships with third-party suppliers, build our black book of directing, photographic and animation talent and nurture client trust.

You will continuously research and develop your understanding of emerging production technologies, including AI, supporting teams with the best possible creative solutions to any brief. You will collaborate with agency teams, clients and external parties to push the boundaries of what’s possible in production, while strengthening client relationships and enhancing our creative reputation globally.

About you: You’re a seasoned integrated producer who thrives on bringing creative visions to life. You have the ability to scope, budget, and schedule projects with precision, while also possessing the creativity to find innovative solutions to production challenges. Your meticulous attention to detail is matched only by your ability to see the bigger picture.

You excel at building relationships, with clients, colleagues, and third-party suppliers, and have strong communication skills that allow you to present ideas and solutions confidently. Financially savvy, you’re skilled in managing budgets and negotiating contracts. You’re experienced in production management, proficient in tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial software, and have a track record of delivering exceptional results. Above all, you’re passionate about pushing production boundaries and eager to stay ahead of the curve by mastering the latest techniques and technologies.
