About the role
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and resourceful maternity cover to join us as Executive Assistant and Studio Coordinator, supporting our Chief Creative Officer and Group Executive Creative Director. This role sits right at the heart of the creative team and is all about making sure our people, projects and events run seamlessly. You’ll be a trusted right hand, coordinating busy diaries, organising meetings and travel, and ensuring the smooth delivery of both day-to-day operations and special initiatives across the studio.
You’ll play a key role in running creative events and industry award submissions, building strong relationships with award bodies and universities, and driving initiatives to nurture our next generation of talent, from coordinating placements to managing our annual junior competition. You’ll be an integral part of our studio culture, hosting inspiration sessions, supporting partner presentations, and helping to plan and deliver seasonal events.
This is a role where you’ll need to think ahead, solve problems quickly, and keep everything and everyone connected.
About you
You’re a natural organiser with proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally in a fast-paced creative environment. You thrive on variety, can juggle multiple priorities with ease, and have a meticulous eye for detail. Your communication skills are excellent, you’re professional, approachable and clear and you can be trusted to handle confidential information with discretion. You’re proactive, adaptable, and love working collaboratively, bringing a positive and solutions-focused mindset to every challenge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, and experience coordinating events, travel and multiple stakeholders will help you hit the ground running.
Why us?
We’re passionate about our people and their careers. We’ll help you develop your skills and provide you with outstanding benefits. So you’ll have a chance to make your mark on our future, as we make a mark on yours. We’re proud to be the world’s most awarded brand design agency, with 28 Cannes Lions to our name and Creative Review Annual’s Most Creative Design Agency of the Year 2024. You’ll get to take new projects to award-winning potential, as part of a connected team of brilliant, tenacious people right by your side and across the world.
We believe the best work happens when we’re together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That’s why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
