We’re looking for a Client Manager to join our London team and work on some of the world’s biggest Homecare brands, part of one of our largest and most dynamic global sectors. This is an opportunity to shape brands that reach millions of homes around the world, across packaging, brand identity, and integrated campaign work.
As Client Manager, you’ll be the day-to-day lead on a variety of projects, partnering closely with clients to bring bold, distinctive ideas to life. You’ll support the senior team in building long-term relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects that are both creatively outstanding and commercially effective. From global packaging systems to multi-market campaigns, you’ll play a key role in keeping work on brief, on budget, and on time, while driving collaboration between strategy, creative, and production.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, high-performing team working at the heart of global brand design. Expect variety, challenge, and the satisfaction of seeing your work make a real impact in markets around the world.
You’ll bring experience from a branding, design, or creative agency, ideally working with FMCG or household brands at a regional or global level. You understand the nuances of brand guardianship, the craft of packaging design, and how creativity can build consistency and emotion across every consumer touchpoint.
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, you know how to keep complex projects moving while managing multiple stakeholders. You combine a strategic mindset with hands-on delivery, bringing structure to creative ambition and clarity to client communication.
You’re naturally curious, confident, and collaborative, someone who loves solving problems and building strong relationships. You bring energy and positivity to your team and take pride in delivering work that inspires, performs, and endures.
We’re passionate about our people and their careers. We’ll help you develop your skills and provide you with outstanding benefits. So you’ll have a chance to make your mark on our future, as we make a mark on yours. We’re proud to be the world’s most awarded brand design agency, with 28 Cannes Lions to our name and Creative Review Annual’s Most Creative Design Agency of the Year 2024. You’ll get to take new projects to award-winning potential, as part of a connected team of brilliant, tenacious people right by your side and across the world.
We believe the best work happens when we’re together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That’s why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
