About the role

We’re looking for a Client Director to join our London studio and lead the way on one of our largest and most dynamic accounts in the telecommunications sector. With a global footprint and a future-focused mindset, this client offers endless opportunities to deliver strategic and creative solutions that push boundaries and drive innovation. You’ll oversee complex brand and design projects that span markets, audiences, and creative mediums. Acting as the senior point of contact for the client, you’ll build trusted relationships while ensuring work is strategically impactful, creatively bold, and commercially effective. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across creative, strategy, and production, making sure projects run seamlessly from concept to delivery. Beyond your client work, you’ll support new business efforts and play a key role in mentoring and developing the Client Leadership team.

You’re an experienced client services professional with a proven track record of delivering large-scale brand projects for global clients. Your ability to build and nurture strong client relationships sets you apart, and you have a sharp eye for spotting growth opportunities. With natural leadership skills, you inspire those around you, fostering collaboration and a solutions-driven approach. You’re confident when it comes to pitching ideas, presenting strategic work, and guiding creative direction. Above all, you’re motivated by delivering bold, impactful work for industry-leading clients in fast-paced, ever-evolving sectors.
