Requirements

  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML and CSS for front‑end development
  • Experience with WordPress and PHP for dynamic websites
  • Comfortable using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude or Copilot as part of your day‑to‑day workflow
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Knowledge of responsive web design, accessibility and SEO best practices
  • Understanding of version control with Git and GitHub
  • Experience with modern WordPress builders, with Bricks experience as a bonus
  • 3 years of web development experience
  • Ability to commute to Southend-on‑Sea, Essex or relocate before starting work
