The Product & Data assistant will be responsible for managing and coordinating the flow of product samples between internal teams and external suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of product samples. While knowledge of car parts is highly desired, it is not essential as full training will be provided. The hours will be Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and package product samples for shipment to suppliers for reverse engineering.
- Pick and process sample products from the warehouse according to specified instructions.
- Generate and manage commercial invoices for outgoing samples, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Organise and maintain the sample shelf in order of date received, ensuring an organised system.
- Monitor and record incoming sample deliveries, maintaining an updated and accurate log.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding sample status updates and address any related queries.
- Assist in part conversions and coordinate with relevant team members as necessary.
- Facilitate communication between the parts and data teams to address and resolve product issues efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
