Its solutions integrate cutting-edge technologies, including advanced sensors, intelligent vision systems, and AI powered solutions delivering exceptional performance and precision.
To support its ambitious growth plans and expand into high potential new markets, the company is looking to appoint a driven and results-oriented Technical Sales Manager. You will also play a key role in establishing a UK technical test center in collaboration with the European headquarters, strengthening local customer support, product demonstration and business development capabilities.
The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in the circular economy and a proven track record of selling bespoke capital equipment, combining technical expertise with strong commercial acumen to grow existing key accounts and win new business.
Tasks:- Define and execute the regional business strategy, ensuring alignment and consistency with company objectives.
- Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships while driving new business development: identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing opportunities.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences to generate leads and expand market presence.
- Promote the company’s solutions and collaborate closely with the R&D team, providing market feedback to support future product innovation.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and prospects.
- Proven experience in selling large capital equipment.
- Track record in managing long and complex sales cycles.
- Strong technical or engineering background to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Experience managing major accounts across a wide geographic area.
- Experience operating in sectors such as Plastics Recycling, Recycling Facilities, Waste Management, Construction & Demolition, Quarrying, Waste to Energy, Scrap Metal, Wood Recycling and related industries.
