As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained from day one and supported by experienced consultants to build your own desk within the education sector. You’ll learn how to:
- Recruit and place education professionals into schools
- Build relationships with schools and candidates

- Develop a strong understanding of the education recruitment market
- Progress into a full Recruitment Consultant role within your first 6 months
