Alex Brayton at Desian Education Wirral is supporting a Rock Ferry based Primary school who are seeking a full time KS2 specialist Teacher to cover a long term PPA role starting in September 2025. This Wirral KS2 PPA Teacher position will be starting in September 2025 and will be for the Autumn term with the potential to extend for the full year. The successful candidate will need to have recent KS2 experience and this position is also open to ECT / Early Career Teachers to apply. You will need to demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and an ability to be flexible as the PPA role will range across KS2. You will be supported by an experienced Head Teacher and an experienced team of teachers and support staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Covering PPA across Key Stage Two on a full time basis
  • Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons.
  • Assessing, monitoring, and supporting the progress of all pupils to ensure they achieve their full potential.
  • Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning.
