  • Build long-term partnerships with schools and candidates, with the unrivalled support of our onsite compliance and dedicated candidate attraction team.

  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant within the education sector
  • A strong billing track record that you are proud of
  • Confidence growing and managing client and candidate relationships
  • Ambition, drive, and a desire to progress with a growing business
