Teaching Assistant – Full Time, Long Term Knowsley Primary School setting

Desian Education Recruitment are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work full time on a long-term basis within a school in Knowsley, starting as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development within an educational setting.
The Role
- Support pupils in the classroom, either 1:1, in small groups or whole-class support
- Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Support children with their academic, social and emotional development
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Have experience working with children, ideally within a school setting
- Ideally hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or above)
- Hold a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or have documentation to apply for one
- Have full Right to Work in the UK
- Be reliable, committed and passionate about education
